The Performance Behavior Club™

LET’S CLOSE THE GAP™

LET’S CLOSE THE GAP™

LeadtheGame’s Performance Behavior Club™ for parents of competitive 11U, 12U, and 13U athletes

Help your athlete access the skills they’re building — when the game gets hard.
A Performance Behavior Development System™ for parents of young athletes.

A three-month coaching experience that helps you understand what your athlete needs under pressure, respond with greater confidence, and develop the behaviors that support performance today and leadership tomorrow.

Now accepting five families for the September 1 Founding Families Cohort.

Here’s what we’re building together…

Your athlete may have the mechanics, training, and ability — and still struggle to access them consistently in competition.

When that happens, it’s easy to wonder whether they need more coaching, more confidence, or more motivation. It’s even harder to know what they need from you.

The Performance Behavior Club™ gives you a personalized framework for understanding what’s happening beneath the behavior, responding intentionally, and helping your athlete build confidence, resilience, ownership, and coachability through the moments you’re already sharing. You won’t become another coach.

You’ll become more confident in the role only you can play.

They May Not Need More Skills. They may need better access to the skills they already have.

A hitter can have a beautiful swing and still go 0-for-4.
A basketball player can have strong mechanics and still hesitate in competition.
An athlete can understand the coach’s feedback and still become defensive when it feels like failure.

These aren’t always skill problems. Often, they’re performance behavior problems — patterns that show up when pressure, mistakes, frustration, or uncertainty enter the game.

And you can’t always solve them with more repetitions, lessons, or reminders to “be confident.” Your athlete’s coaches get only a fraction of their week.

You’re there for the car rides, the conversations after practice, the disappointment over playing time, and the moments when they ask if they’re actually good enough.

Those moments are not interruptions to their development. They are part of it.

The challenge is knowing what your athlete actually needs from you when those moments happen.

The Goal

By the end of three months, you’ll have a practical, personalized system for helping your athlete navigate pressure and increasingly manage their own performance.

You’ll be able to:
· Understand what may be driving the behavior you see.
· Recognize when to encourage, challenge, reinforce, listen, or give space.
· Respond more intentionally instead of reacting in the moment.
· Focus on the performance behaviors with the greatest opportunity for growth.
· Build development into everyday family life without adding another demanding routine.
· Help your athlete recover, reset, respond to coaching, and take greater ownership.

The goal isn’t perfect performance. It’s a parent who knows how to support development — and an athlete who is becoming increasingly capable of navigating pressure for themselves.

The Performance Behavior Development System™

The system brings together three things parents are rarely given: insight into the athlete, a framework for responding, and a personalized plan for development.

01: UNDERSTAND
Through the Athlete Performance Blueprint™ and Athlete Performance Playbook™, we identify how your athlete is wired, what motivates them, how they respond under pressure, and where the greatest opportunities for growth may be.

02: RESPOND
Using Read → Reset → Respond™, you’ll learn to see behavior as information, check your own interpretation, and choose the response that best supports the moment.

03: DEVELOP
We’ll turn those insights into a personalized Athlete Game Plan™ with practical behaviors, language, and routines you can use throughout the season and as your athlete grows.

What Changes Over These Three Months

· You wonder whether to push, encourage, or back off. → You have a framework for deciding what the moment needs.
· “Confidence” or “attitude” feels like the whole problem. → You better understand what may sit beneath the behavior.
· You react to whatever happened that weekend. → You intentionally develop specific behaviors throughout the week.
· You collect advice and guess at what applies. → You have a plan built around your athlete and family.
· Your athlete relies on you to help them recover. → Your athlete increasingly learns to recover, respond, and reset.

Here’s the Three-Month Experience

 Phase 1: Understand the Athlete
We establish a new way to view performance under pressure and use the Athlete Performance Blueprint™ to understand your athlete’s motivations, patterns, and sources of friction.

Phase 2: Change the Pattern
You’ll apply Read → Reset → Respond™ to real situations, learn how to support confidence through struggle, and begin building more productive patterns into the moments you already share.

Phase 3: Build the Game Plan
Using the Athlete Performance Playbook™, we identify the highest-leverage opportunity for growth and create your personalized Athlete Game Plan™. You’ll then have ongoing support as you put it into practice and adjust it to real life.

Founding Families will also reconnect privately 30 days after the program to review what has changed, what is working, and where your athlete may be ready to grow next.

What Parents Are Already Seeing

“I love having this insight into my son’s mind. As a teen, we get very little out of him. We can read his body language and we know him well, but knowing where and how to actually help is so beneficial.” — 13U Mom

“I didn’t receive this kind of insight about myself until I was almost 30. Knowing this about my son now is incredible and helps me show up as the parent I want to be.” — Mom of an 11U player

“This is incredible. An absolute gamechanger. I’m blown away.”
— 11U Travel Ball Coach and Dad

Who This Is For

This is for you if:
· You’re the parent of a competitive 11U, 12U, or 13U athlete.
· You can see a gap between what your athlete is capable of and what they consistently access in competition.
· You want to understand your athlete more deeply instead of guessing what they need.
· You want to support performance without becoming another coach or adding more pressure.
· You care about the confidence, resilience, ownership, coachability, and leadership they’ll carry beyond the game.
· You’re willing to reflect, implement, and change how you show up when needed.

This is not for you if you want a quick fix, guaranteed statistics, a starting position, a scholarship, or someone else to take over your role in the process.

The Investment

Founding Families Cohort: $2,000 $1,000
I’m opening 5-spots for this first 12-week Founding Families Group, we kickoff September 1st.

Your investment includes both athlete assessments, individualized interpretation, private coaching, your customized Athlete Game Plan™, implementation support, direct access throughout the experience, and the private 30-day follow-up.

I’m keeping this group intentionally small so I can work closely with each family, support real situations as they happen, and learn what works in real family life before the Club grows. Competitive sports families already invest significantly in developing technical and physical ability.

This experience focuses on a different question: Can your athlete access what all that training has built when the game gets hard?

The Stop Guessing Guarantee™

If, after 14 days, you still feel like you’re guessing how to help your athlete, I’ll work with you 1:1 until we have a plan for your athlete that works for you.

Next Steps

The question is simple:
Do you want to keep guessing what your athlete needs when pressure arrives — or build a personalized plan that helps you support them with greater confidence and intention?

Your athlete will eventually play their last game. You can’t control how many seasons they’ll have, which coaches they’ll play for, or how far the sport will take them.

But you can have more control about what they learn and who they become, from the invaluable moments you’ll share along the way.

If you want to better understand your athlete, help them access more of the skills they’re already building, and develop the confidence, resilience, ownership, and coachability they’ll carry beyond the game…

Claim one of the five places in the first Founding Families Cohort below.

Step 1: Click below to become a Founding Family.
Step 2: Get immediate access to the Performance Behavior Club™ and your Post-Game Conversation Playbook™ so you can begin before our September 1 kickoff.

P.S. Join now and you’ll immediately receive the Post-Game Conversation Playbook™ — a practical quick win you can use after your athlete’s very next game. You’ll know what to say, what to avoid, and how to create a better conversation when emotions are high, confidence is shaken, or your athlete doesn’t want to talk.
